24 Edo North APC Exco Members Oppose Oshiomhole’s Senatorial Ambition

Adams Oshiomhole Twenty-four of the executive committee members of the All Progressives Congress, APC, from Edo North senatorial district have opposed the senatorial ambition of the former National Chairman of the party, Adams Oshiomhole. Update: Oshiomhole’s Suspension Lifted by Edo APC Ward Executives

The suspension of Adams Oshiomhole by the All Progressive Congress (APC) at his ward has been lifted. It was lifted by seventeen out of 27 members of the Ward 10, Etsako West Local Government Area,  APC congress executives. It was made known to the press by Secretary of the ward, Emuakemeh on Saturday in Abuja. Oshiomhole was suspended by the APC in November following his long lasting discord with Governor Godwin Obaseki of Edo state. Breaking: APC Committee Disqualifies Governor Obaseki from Contesting Primary Election

The screening committee set up by the All Progressive Congress (APC) has disqualified incumbent Governor, Godwin Obaseki from contesting the party’s forthcoming primary election. The chairman of the screening panel- Jonathan Ayuba disclosed this update during presentation of their report to the national chairman of APC, Adams Oshiomhole at the national secretariat of the party in Abuja on Friday. The committee screened six aspirants which included Obaseki, Osagie Ize-Iyamu, Pius Odubu, chris Ogiemwonyi, Osaro Obazee and Mathew Iduoriyekemwen.
