The Northern Governors Forum (NGF) has expressed grief over the demise of former Oyo state governor, Abiola Ajimobi. Ajimobi who until yesterday, briefly served as the Acting National Chairman of the Al Progressive Congress (APC) passed away on Thursday, aged 70. The NGF Chairman, Governor Simon Lalong of Plateau State while sympathizing with the family and government of Oyo state, described Ajimobi’s death as painful. The Plateau state governor described Ajimobi as a man of integrity, who served his state and Nigeria with excellence.
