Mali secured an unexpected win in their first match against Mexico. The match ended two goals to nothing in favour of Mali. The Other teams like Senegal and Nigeria lost their games to Portugal and Brazil respectively. The scores were three goals to nothing against Senegal and four goals to two against Nigeria. The remaining country Ghana, played a one all draw with Austria.

Three of these four African teams have played their second games. Ghana in a come back match won their game against Argentina by three goals to two. Senegal played a one all draw with Colombia while Mali lost its second game to Serbia two goals to nothing. Nigeria will in a make or mar game be facing Korea DPR tomorrow morning by 5:00am.

The whole of Africa stand in support of their teams as the match out to battle the world. It is our hope that all four teams will progress to the knockout stages and go on to do us proud.
