Boko Haram: Jonathan's Failure Cost Over 20,000 Lives - Osinbajo

The vice president Professor Yemi Osinbajo seems not to have tired of the blame game as he has once again blamed former President, Goodluck Jonathan for the loss of over 20,000 lives lost to Boko Haram attacks. He made the statement while speaking as the guest of honour at the graduation ceremony of the Cadets of 63rd Regular Course of the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) in Kaduna on Thursday.

According to Osinbajo, the massive corruption which saw billions of dollars meant for arms procurement diverted to private pockets, resulted in the loss of over 20,000 lives, 2 million people displaced and about 75,000 children orphaned.

Osinbajo said “this has left the region with one of the worst humanitarian crisis.”

Osinabjo however thanked the army for their sacrifices to the nation and for winning the fight against the insurgents.

Yes it is a bitter truth! #GEJ may have performed excellently well in every other thing but in security, he scored ZERO though he was being frustrated by those he trusted most! If he (GEJ) had won the last election, boko haram must have extended to all parts of this country.

A man called by God will do things and say what is right, but a man who called himself because of mamo (money) will like to please god of money, the Bible says, should you continue to sin for God to forgive you? What you do or say is what you will be judged with.
